NovaPak Paper Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of paper, packaging and printing products. We are currently seeking a Flexographic and Offset Printing Supervisor (NOC 72022) to join our team.
Job Description
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers who operate flexographic and offset printing presses
• Review and approve all job proofs or samples
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities
• Train or arrange for training of employees
• Recommend personnel actions
• Requisition materials, equipment and supplies
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Prepare production and other reports
• May set up machines or equipment and perform printing press functions if required
Requirements
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• 2 years to 3 years of experience in flexographic printing, offset printing and related printing operations
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or holidays if required

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Salary: $37.00 per hour
